Attire
The attire for our wedding is semi-formal. No jeans or T-shirts, please.
Accommodations
Discount rates are available at the New Otani hotel at a very reasonable price of $98/night (Friday-Sunday nights, July 7-July 9). If you want to stay beyond of before the 7th-9th, the rate goes up to $138 which is the normal weekly rate. The rooms are not suites, but are "Deluxe Rooms" or single rooms with a king bed or double beds.

We will be serving a chicken dish for the entree and a vegetarian option (pasta) is available, please specify your dietary needs when you RSVP.
Parking
Parking is $4 for self parking under the the New Otani and $8 for valet parking.
Event Time
The Wedding Ceremony begins at 6:00pm please show up at 5:30pm. After the ceremony there will be a cocktail hour with beer, wine and soft drinks provided free of charge as well as a cash bar. After the cocktail hour there will be an additional hour of hosted beer, wine and soft drinks during the first hour of dinner as well as a cash bar that will run the entire night.
